Hello everyone,

Please join me in congratulating our first PM 4 certified judge -- Frank Debrito!

Frank judges Yu-Gi-Oh! and World of Warcraft out of the Florida area. He's been involved with Upper Deck's organized play since 2003. Frank actively judges and plays in Yu-Gi-Oh! and World of Warcraft tournaments, including head judging over 5 and judging over 10 Yu-Gi-Oh! Shonen Jump and National Championships. In addition Frank's contribution to the judge program includes mentorship and training, as well as certification of judges for Yu-Gi-Oh! 2 and 3 and Player Management 2 and 3.

With PM 4 certification, he's 1/2 to achieving the status of being the first Yu-Gi-Oh! level 4 judge!
