Point System for judging program?

I was wondering how things are coming along with judges earning points for helping in tournaments? I last knew UDE was working on the point system that would allow us to gain things thru this program. If so is this going to beable to use these points online or in paper form for U.S. mail? If you have heard anything lately please post here. Thank you
