Processing Time For Tournaments To Effect Player Rating?

I have had players ask me why their rating and tournaments they have been taking longer to process online? I in responds have told my players that their is a few UDE Employee's that moniter the website and their ratings. I also told them I get a confirmation telling me in Mantis that the tournament results have been sent, after that it is up to UDE. I guess these players feel their rating is getting better and want to see how close our they to the number one spot in their state. Thanks for feedback.
