You cannot activate "Lonefire Blossom's" effect to Special Summon the Plant-Type monster when you do not have any Plant-Type monsters remaining in your Deck.
What happens if you activate the the effect and only that time you realize that you don't have plant-type monsters? And in the case of malicius? and Reinforcement of the army? The player must take a warning or since he had shuffled the deck he take a game loss?
