Some questions

this one is really simple, there is a player who comes to the place i play with a six-samurai deck, and when he is about to shuffle, he splits up his cards to his advantage here are some examples.
One, This is his aggro- will put Niashi, Grandmaster, Shogun, Cunning, all in a stack usually three times.
Two, This one is his defensive- He'll put Niashi, Grandmaster, Shogun, And two protective traps.
Three, When he shuffles after this he holds at least on of the three card sets and sets them, we've found even cutting his deck doesnt help.
I guess my question here is, how am i supposed to react to this, what does it fall under? Thank you in advance for any help you can give.
