Is it possible to concede the game to prevent Victory Dragon winning the match?
The tournament policy states that a player can concede at any time, as long as nothing is offered in recompense for it, is surrendering to prevent losing the match considered to be recompense?
Or if my opponent had no cards on the field and 1000LP left, and I summon Victory Dragon, can they surrender to prevent losing the entire match?
If so, it makes Victory Dragon a rather useless card.
