well my question is ....
Situation:
PlayerA: Ready Charaxes-Drury Walker (Whenever Charaxes stuns an exhausted defender, KO that defender)

PlayerB: Exhausted Donna Troy&Wonder Girl-Amazon Warrior (Whenever Donna Troy becomes stunned, return Donna Troy to owner's hand)

So here is the play ....
Player A's charaxes attacks Player B's Donna Troy .... resolution?
if it were YGO, it would be ...
CL1: charaxes' effect
CL2: donna troy's effect

So donna troy would return to the hand and charaxes' effect would disappear ... is that correct? can i get a full explanation??

The effect would not dissapear, it would still resolve, but it will not do anything because Donna Troy is no longer in Play to KO.

Other than that, it works exactly as you described.
 
An attacker only readies if when you go into attack conclusion and there is no defender. Just because the character that was the defender later on in the turn leaves play, does't mean the character that was an attacker in a previous attack readies.
