I have a beef with your title, as it is incorrect. This deck DOES NOT need major help. It needs just a little fine tuning:

Magical Merchant is out of place. Exarion Universe just isn't that great. Put in a pair of Enraged Battle Oxen, or else a pair of Legendary Jujitsu Masters.

Other than that, a profoundly sound deck. The work of, if not a technical master, at least some one who clearly understands the important aspects of aggro. Props.

maybe another Spirit Reaper with the jujitsu master?

I wouldn't change anything else. You really hit the nail on the head with this deck. It isn't an elaborate, complex OTK mill combo / thingy, but it will work just the way it is.
