However, you all do not need to walk thru it seeing as how I do not need protection from you. No, I shall not explain Hikari's past here, and as I know you have heard, Venus will for certain. Now, follow" Earth greeted as they follwed her thru the maze. It was not cold, but not warm either. The perfect temperature for things to grow. Hence, Fertility. They probably walked for half an hour thru this maze, winding down every once in a while, and they finally reached her throne room. She turned to face them.
"OK, this is it. This is were i show you the entire city. Observe:" She flashed her hand and a virtual map of Fairy World, "This" she pointed to her building "Is were you are. Here is Mars, That is Mercury's building, Venus adjacent, and Pluto is right there. The very small one is the Moon's house. She is not that important -_-... *sigh* Anyway, the gaseuos planets explain themselves, but from this map, the rock planets do not since they are far too small" She explained the remainder of the city to them, and they learned of the Mountains to the north, were beyond which was the land of Fiends. There was the forsaken river to the east and the Imperial Guard all around the rest of the city. ("Yeah, but its guarded by Zolgas.. -_-" Chaos said) They also learned two more Fairy words, arudai, which is land or ground, and araf, which is to know.
"There you have it. Now you cannot get lost in the city. Here, take this map, it shall aid you for certain" Earth offered.
"Thank you.... But what about the fiends? Do they not try to attack Fairy World?" Hikari asked.
"Oh, Hikari... Well.. Yes. They attacked us once before and... Oh.. I can not tell you. I do not have the heart. Please... Take this map and my consent" Earth weeped, and made a shining orb of mud which she sprayed on them. No they didnt get dirty.
"So what does your consent give us?" Chaos asked.
"It gives you more defense points. 200 more to be exact" Earth said "Now go to Venus, she is waiting"
"SO am I. Let us go as fast as possible, shall we? Let us hurry! HURRY!!! LET US GO NOW!!!" Hikari was almost screaming for joy to know she was going to get to see Venus. So she grabbed Zoomer and Chaos by the ears and dashed out of the building straight toward Venus.
"Good luck, my niece. Please... Please help her" Earth said.
They got to Venus' building, which was spilling.... Umm... an odd steam down the sides.. Intriguing.
"Lets go then" Chaos said, as they entered.
"KYU YUKA?" A booming voice said "MIRO TOI-SHINKAI!"
"Uh... We do not speak fairy. Sorry" Hikari explained.
"Oh. Well, then, eh-hem, WHO'S THERE? SHOW YOURSELVES!" A monster that turned out to be Airknight Parshath.
"I am Chaos, this is Hikari and that is Zoomer" Chaos explained.
"Kurei bono hash nata, Kazewaro" Zoomer said under his breath, however Chaos did not hear him. Neither did Hikari. Ventriliquism...
"Uh.. Ah, afrimto. You are here to meet Venus, correct? She is busy I am afraid. Come back later. Good-bye----" Airknight was cut off.
"Actually, I have much time on my hands for these travelers. Airknight, did you not recognize Hikari? Come with me you three. By the way, I am Venus, the Agent of Creation" she said, and they followed her toward her chambers, up the stairs. Three Mystical Shine Balls followed as well. "Ah, your sisters, Hikari" Venus said as they came with them.
"Sisters? What?" Hikari said, confused. So was Chaos.
"Whats going on Venus? Everyone said that YOU could tell us about Hikari's past. What IS Hikari's past?" Chaos asked.
"Ah... Yes. I must tell you then. Well then, listen. Hikari, you were born here" Venus started.
"Yeah i kind of figured that. So what is up with me?" Hikari said.
"Ok. Your parents... Are.... Dead. I am so sorry. You see, 12 years ago, the war between the Fairies and the Fiends took place. Hikari, the only way to save you was to throw you into Earth. Zoomer came with you to protect you. Zoomer is actually a Fairy Guardian sent to protect you. The Mystical Shine Balls are your... well... siblings almost. Your mother, Aphrodite, created them for you to play with after she found out she could not carry any more children. So the Shine Balls came with you, granting you your powers of light, seeing as how you could not obtain them from the traditional ceremony. Chaos was also given a Shine Ball, granting him dimensional power. Zoomer has always had the powers of light. You are my niece. Earth is also your aunt. You see, Aphrodite, Earth and I are all sisters" Venus explained, almost in tears.
"Oh my God... Well.. Wha-what about my father?" Hikari said, crying.
"Y-your father was named Apollo. Mars is your father's brother, hence your uncle. Apollo was a very strong fairy. He used two twin swords, each with an amazing force of power behind them. Apollo and Aphrodite only died protecting the city. They gave up every last ounce of their life and strength to form an explosion harmful to all that is evil. It killed the fiends, and those who did not die ran away. There are statues of your parents in the city. Aphrodite is by my building, Apollo by Mars'" Venus further said, now fully sobbing.
"Hikari.. I... I never knew..."Chaos said. Zoomer only stood there the whole time, unsure of how to make the situation better. No one knew how.
"One more thing. After your mother died, I inherited the Shine Balls for my own memories of her. It pains me to even see them at times. Hikari, you are the key to saving Fairy World. That is why it was desperate to save you" Venus explained further.
"S-s-saving Fairy World? What do you m-mean? I mean, I know it is corrupt here, that is why I came here... But..." Hikari could not continue, she just broke down, unable to handle it anymore. All the pain erupted from her at once, for the barriers holding it in could not stand any longer. Everyone patiently waited for her to finish. When the final tear was shed, she stood up, ready to face the truth. She was strong, and could handle this.
"OK, tell me, what is wrong with Fairy World right now?" Hikari asked, while wiping her eyes.
"We are not sure. An evil force, which we suspect is the Fiend leader, Maveric the Wicked, and his minions are planning to invade the Sanctuary, only this time he is smarter. More of his armies are now other types. We know from scout reports that he has recruited a Dark Fairy, A Legendary Mage, an Sinister Machine and many others. We may not stand a chance this time around, unless you two can save us. Chaos and Hikari, you two are part of a prophecy, stating that when the two come to save the Angels, the Demons will run and the darkness shall fall. If these two never arrive, the light will fall to the evil Fiend Dragon. That Fiend Dragon is Maverik, and he is strong enough to wipe out this entire race" Venus unfolded the whole story. Everyone was amazed.
"So what can we do to help? We are not strong yet, we need help" Chaos said.
"Oh yes, you need my consent, which can unlock your effect. However, it will not be easy. You will find that the remainder of the Agents will pose tasks for you to get their consent. My task is for you to find the Shine Balls. They will spread about the city. When you find one, touch it and say 'Tenshi' and it will follow you. They have already spread out. Go, find them now, i need time alone..." Venus ordered, shooing them out "Visit me when you are finished, snd DO NOT ask for any assistance. Now, go"
So they left. It was 4:53, and they needed to meet Hysteric Fairy, so they headed toward the town square.
"That was vast... Hikari, are you OK?" Chaos was concerned.
"Yeah... I am fine now.. Oh no, that must be my mother...." Hikari said as she saw a wonderous statue of Aphrodite. A tall woman, with flowing gold hair and wings spread wide stood with her arms out, eyes closed and surrounded by three orbs of light. An inscription was written on it, in Fairy.
"Zoomer, what does it---" Hikari was asking, but Zoomer said, "I am already on it. Eh-hmm, 'Aphrodite Numeria. Mother of Hikari, wife of Apollo. Her memory shall live here forever for the deeds she has done for this civilization. May her soul rest in peace, Amen'"
"Wow... She looks a lot like you Hikari. Im sure she would be so proud to see how youve grown" Chaos said. Hikari turned to face him, eyes shimmering, and ran over to hug him.
"Oof... Ah, there there, Hikari, its ok. Were all gonna be alright" Chaos reassured.
"Oh I know, but... it is just so hard Chaos... I can not believe this...." Hikari sobbed for a few minutes, but pulled herself together, and just in time. Hysteric Fairy came.
