I would be tempted to replace the book of moon's and lighting vortex with dark bribe's(if you can get them that is), because i think you have done a bit of overkill on the monster destution especially if you are planning to abuse there presence for summoning your tribute's making the card's i've mentioned almost useless.

i have dark bribes but they don't run all that well in monarch decks and lightning vortex just gives me more monster removal options and the books can be used against jinzo with so many traps being played he could make a come back.
