Looks like a pretty standard TNB build. Should do well in a tournament, of course, you'll have problems with other rush/control decks such as New School. Definitely not the deck it used to be, but it's still a good surprise to run into from time to time.
 
you should try using surprize attacks instead of a few pumps to deal the extra bit of damage needed to new school. 3 of them sounds about right.
 
Actually New School isn't that new anymore some one should call it old school...lol

New School, is a control deck using Marvel Knights, Dr. Doom, Dr. Light and depending on the type of meta numerous other characters to exhaust your attackers and stall the game out until they can reach thier winning turn.

New school is a deck using marvel knights, gotham knights, and fantastic four. It uses the Child Named Valaria + Catcher's mitt lock with on average 3 utility belts/4 Fizzles for good measure and on turn 7 it draws out the whole deck using 7-drop batman + a few cosmic radiations. Batman then attacks a few times with press the attack for the win.

After they get the Catcher's mitt/Child lock on you you can't do damage because all their characters are small enough to be protected by Child. That's why I suggested the surprize attacks.
 
Um, you're thinking of Fat Bat/Cosmic Cop, it doesn't use Marvel Knights at all. Unless you're referring to using Child lock with Scarlet Witch, Eldritch Enchantress. New School uses Marvel Knights to allow use of Midnight Sons and of Wild Ride and the 6-drop Spidey, uses Doom for control, Gotham Knights for Alfred to tutor and counter plot twists and Bat-Signal, Fearsome Five for Shimmer and Dr. Light, and Fantastic Four for Signal Flare and the 7 and 8-drops for F4.

your right, there is are no marvel knights in that deck. I always seem to forget that for some reason. Also, yeah, I forgot about shimmer but i don't ever recall seeing Doom or spidy in that deck.
 
I'm talking about New School. You're talking about A Child Named Valeria lock decks. Those decks don't run Doom or Marvel Knights.

Who gets to name these things anywhoo? :cog_mad_j ;) I want the job. What kinda name is Glee? I would've called it Emerald Dumb or Green Cheapness or some thing catchy like that. :p
