Ok, here's how the stall would work:
In the first 4 turns you have to try to get, 'Mr. Fantastic', 'Invisible woman', 'Catcher's Mitt'. That will allow to use 'A Child Named Valeria' which does not let your 3 and lower dorps get stunned. That combined with 'Catcher's Mit', means no stun, no breakthrough. That's the basic Fantastic Fun stall combo.
Add in the ability of 'Slaughter Swamp' and '[font=Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif]F[/font][font=Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif]oronic Man', and you can now play 'A Child Named Valeria' every tun and never get stunned and take breakthrough.
Continuing the Fantastic Fun Stall combo I meantioned above:
Next turn recruit 'Foronic Man'. Use 'Foronic Man''s effect and get back 'A Child Named Valeria', play 'A Child Named Valeria'. Now you can't get stunned or take breakthrough.
Next turn flip 'Slaughter Swamp' use it's effect get back 'Foronic Man', recuit 'Foronic Man'. Use 'Foronic Man''s effect get back 'A Child Named Valeria', play 'A Child Named Valeria'. Now you can't take breakthrough or get stunned... rinse and repeat.
