hi..mhm.. can you use the effect of this trap card only against spell cards which designate 1 monster as a target? if yes I suppose it is useless against fissure and other alike cards.. how can you surely differentiate between cards which designate and the ones that dont? ^^ tnx

ehm.. I checked the rulings in the card registry and in other sources for this card.I get the effect and understand the use of the card. One thing still bothers me. Can I activate EC during the turn of my opponent and prevent his attack? If yes, then how and when should I activate my controller...
