well.. the first part of the cards effect goes:

Select and activate 1 of the following effects:
- Negate the activation and the effect of a Spell Card that designates 1 monster on the field as a target and destroy the Spell Card.

now im asking someone to help me, and name a few spellcards, that designate 1 monster on the field.. are hammer shot smashing ground and fissure cards like that? and what is it with change of heart, snatch steal, enemy controller?.. thanks

did not know about the errata either.. naah.. just got the card THOUGHT: is lot better than magic jammer.. naah..  :| tnx

If you want a card with more potential than magic jammer... consider curse of royal as an option for the "targeting" aspect and Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell as a Magic Jammer replacement that uses the same discarding effect of Spell Shield, but stops all of that spell. Level Up for example hehe

The text was mistranslated. The errata was issued to match the Japanese text.
