I was trying to say that with solemn judgement, there is no time to chain to the special summon made by Premature Burial, since when the monster arrives it is inmediatly equipped with PB and leaves no time to response. I was trying to say that RO can be chained to cards that allow special summons.

Royal Oppresion is kinda like Solemn Judgement, with SJ you can only negate premature burial when it is activated, you can´t negate the special summon made by PB, so with RO, and RFDD, is the same. only when it is activated. Please correct me if I`m wrong :D

You have been misjudging the CSOTFS effect, you did understand that it Doesn´t negate face up Continuous Spell Cards, So in the case of Mass Driver, since one has already been activated, and not negated, it`s effect would be able to be activated any time your opponent wants.
