I have a queston to breakers effect. must breaker be face up on the field for his effect to resolve. if he is ringed when he already has a counter and declares to use the effect. say on a s/t card other than the soon to activated ring. does the trap/spell get destroyed?

I would agree, the effects are being activated and the only way to negate the effect would be to A destroy the continous card in chain to it's effect or B chain a card that negates the type of continous card effect. IE call of the haunted for jinzo or spell cancellor depending on the card you...

to get the effect of a double attack I would use my Patton pending combo of IMT and RFDD in the battle phase or in a beast deck use beast soul swap. people knoc that card so much till it hits them.
