There is a BIG BIG BIG difference between replay and reset. BLS Envoy effect requirements will not be reset, once it the attack has been called, thats it, he gets a case of amnesia and forgets that effect for a turn

Couldn't find a direct answer, but in reference to Pyramid Turtle ((and of course similar ones)) is the effect applied to Controller or Owner? I know the Owner gets Sangan and Witch's effect but seeing as they're somewhat different I wasn't sure abuot this one
