Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi is a killer card but needs more support (like Ninjas and Scout Planes). I suggest using the Spiritual Art and maybe a Megamorph (that doubles the Original Attack and works great with the Fire Art thing). I'd take out 1 Horus lv8 and the two lv4, take in an Inferno, Raging Flame...
