with three loans out there already I must agree. 500 for a pack is alfull high. I do see what your saying with the ai mathches, but I think thats to discourage ai matches (same with the 10 in one day rule)

I believe that since it is a cost (that activates while on the field) you would beable to do so.

.. how long aproximately it takes to get an answer to a question posted to the "Judges List" over on the UDE site? Im sure they get swamped and it takes some time, just wondering if anyone had an estimate? thanks. HL Level 1 Judge (YGO)

I think he is just reffering to the standby phase/battle phase/and end phase. I would also assume draw phase would apply as well. p.s. Ive never herd any one declair the end of a phase just the beggining of the next one.

I was soooooo happy the solomn judgments were not in this deck. IMO it should be banned like all the other power house cards from the first two or three series(with the exception of the newly revived 'monster reborn'.

maybe. In my opinion the 'call of the haunted' & 'monster reborn' switch made many people upset. I was personaly shocked to see one of the power house cards come back.
