If it's hard to read, then it would fall under the category of "illegal" cards, because it can be used to stall the game(since you specifically said you had to look at the card closely), to let time run out. At least that's my opinion. At a Tourney, it's illegal to have marked cards in any way...

At first glance, I'd say add a couple skill drains(M.M. reasons). but after looking at the other cards, well... Try replacing the mechs. I'd suggest replacing Ohka's with TAoJ Saturn; and replacing the Goryu with Gaurdian(sp?) Angel Joans. and perhaps sidedeck a couple hoshinengan(again, sp?)...
