My way of thought precisely. From my understanding take Premature Burial for instance, you cannot select any monster that has been Prohibited.

I would think you were right, both check Original Attack, I mind to say it would all refer to what the last effect to resolve would be monitored.

If equipped to "Relinquished" and destroyed, you can use the effect of this card and it will be Special Summoned on your side of the field with ATK/DEF of 1000 points. (If you have not already used this effect once.)

If I had to take a guess, i'd say that it would be because of the aggresiveness of decks we are witnessing nowadays, most decks fill the field up with 2 - 3 monsters in a turn. But then again it is just a guess.

I haven't seen a Union Monster that has a condition placed upon it, it simply destroys itself instead of a monster being destroyed (while equipped), Heart of Clear Water's destruction is a condition that when a monster exceeds 1300 it will be destroyed.

PS. You can't use D.D. Crow's effect during the Damage Step.
