Jasmin won the coin toss in this final match and opted to go first. He started off by filling his spell and trap zones. Cesar summoned Legendary Jujitsu Master and attacked successfully before setting a pair of spells and traps. During the end phase, Jasmin activated Ojama Trio, Poison of the Old Man, Pigeonholing Books of Spell, and 2 copies of Accumulated Fortune to draw 4 cards

Now for Acumulated Fortune's text:

Activate only as Chain Link 4 or higher. Draw 2 cards. You cannot activate this card if multiple cards/effects with the same name are in that Chain.

I thought you could not activate 2 copies in the same chain.

I'll use the ruling on "Chain Strike" to answer:

"¢ You can activate a second "Chain Strike" if 1 "Chain Strike" is already on that chain. However, no further "Chain Strikes" can be activated in that same chain after that.

The reason being is that when when the first card is activated, that means there are no duplicates of a card on the chain. When the second card is activated, there still was no duplicate cards on the chain prior to this. Of course after the second one is activated, there is now a duplicate on the chain which prevents a 3rd one from being activated. But the conditions were still right to activate the second one when you look at what was on there previously.
