Its not that I wanted to know how to do it. It was more the fact that rulings just say you can use Prot-Cyber Dragon with Machine Duplication to get to Cyber Dragons. And thats it so I thought that was the ruling. Hence why I was confused.

Forgive my lack of vision here. Im quite confused how Machine Duplication lets Proto-Cyber Dragon summon to Cyber Dragon's. Due to the fact Proto-Cyber Dragon's attack is 1100. Could someone please explain. I have looked at the rulings don't really give any explanation.
