new players i mean in "my" tournaments:i'm a tournament organizer.

new players i have the same problems in my tournaments,the top 8 is always thesame,thats why the newer(and younger) players don't come back! what can i do about this?

maybe this is the wrong forum,if so sorry for that. i'm a yugioh tournament organizer in Belgium,and i find that Upperdeck should do more for its T.O.'s.we put a lot of effort and free time to organize tournaments,in Belgium we almost have to beg for prize support,sometimes they promise...

my opponet flips M.o.F.he gets snatch steal from the graveyard en put it in his hand,but after a few seconds he decides to put snatch back en get book of moon instead,is that allowed?
