2 questions, last turn+E hero wildheart, and taiyou vs. solemn

I have been reading these threads for a bit now and have finally decided to post my own questions.

question 1:

If i activate Last Turn while my opponet has a face up Elemental Hero Wildheart on the field is wildheart sent to the graveyard? im assuming no but just checking to make sure.

question 2:

if i activate Book of Taiyou on say my face down Cyber Jar and my opponent has Solemn Judgement set does he have to solemn my Book of Taiyou or can he wait and solemn Cyber Jar even though it is not considered flip summoned? i believe he would have to solemn my Book of Taiyou once again just checking

1. He would not be affected by "Last Turn" and would not be sent to the Graveyard.

2. Yes, they would have to chain "Solemn Judgment" to "Book of Taiyou" because "Cyber Jar" is not being Flip Summoned.
