I'll get my stuff more organized later by archetype and basic stats, but for the time being I'm just rolling out a whole bunch of stuff I've thought of, based around existing archetypes in real life, archetypes not nearly expanded upon enough whether in the TCG or in the show, and a few cross-overs between types. You'll see.

Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Titan
Level 10; Machine-type; EARTH; Fusion/Effect; ATK ? / DEF ?
1 "Ancient Gear" monster + 3 "Gadget" monsters
This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. This monster's ATK and DEF are each equal to the ATK and DEF respectively of the "Ancient Gear" Fusion-Material monster + 1000. This monster accumulates effects based upon what "Gadget" monsters were used as Fusion-Material monsters:
-Green Gadget: This monster is unaffected by the effects of other monsters.
-Red Gadget: This monster is unaffected by Spell cards.
-Yellow Gadget: This monster is unaffected by Trap cards.

Chimeratech Darkness Dragon
Level 8; Machine-type; DARK; Fusion/Effect; ATK ? / DEF ?
1 or more "Cyber Dragon" + 1 or more "Cyberdark" monsters
This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. This monster's ATK and DEF are each equal to 400 times the number of Fusion-Material monsters. When this monster is summoned, select any number of non-Machine-type monsters in your Graveyard and equip them to this card. This card gains 800 ATK for each monster equipped by this effect. Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed, destroy an equipped monster card instead.

Neo Space Hyper-Jump
Quick-Play Spell
Tribute 1 "Chrysalis" monster. Special Summon 1 monster from your Fusion Deck that is listed in that card's text. During the End Phase, return that monster to your Fusion Deck and Special Summon the Tributed monster from your Graveyard. During the activation and effect of this card, this card's name is treated as "NEX".
(Note: When the Extent form of Grand Mole comes out, you can actually use it by using this card to hyper-advance a Chrysalis Mole!)

Cloudian Volcanic Ash Cloud
Continuous Spell
Wherever they are, "Cloudian" monsters are also treated as "Volcanic" monsters, and "Volcanic" monsters are also treated as "Cloudian" monsters. "Cloudian" monsters in your hand are also treated as Pyro-type monsters. When a "Volcanic" monster is Summoned, put a Fog Counter on a face-up monster.

Dimension Genesis
Field Spell
As long as this card is face-up on the field, the field is treated as if it were all Field cards in each player's Graveyard.
(Note: Captain Gold and Zerodias can fight head-to-head, Warrior of Zera could go either way, etc.)

Guardian Spirit Stone
Continuous Spell
Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can select 1 "Guardian" monster in your Graveyard and shuffle it into your Deck. If you use this effect, if a card was listed in the text of the selected card, this card's name becomes that card's name.
(Note: It's roundabout, but Elma's not lookin' so useless now, is she?)

Let's see how you guys like some of those.

I only had a chance to skim, but the one that stands out to me is D- Fate. That's one I'd like to see in real life, only I'd like the criterion to be the number of Spell and/or Traps you control, rather then D Heroes. Still, looks like fun.
