I'd like to fit in a couple of Shrinks if possible.

And I have no Future Fusions.

I don't think Heavy Mech Support.. would be a good idea, it seems a bit slow to me.

a few thoughts:

-Is Cyber Kirin worth playing? You may just take away and replace them by Spells/Traps IMO (though I've never been testing it)

-What do you want to play Inferno Reckless Summon with? It just seems like a dead card in your deck, buy maybe I'm missing something.

-I think you're running too many fusion cards.. You've got 2 Power Bonds, Light - the Hex Sealed, Overload Fusion and 2 Polymerisations. I'd swap a Poly for a third Hex Sealed.

-I don't like Mist Body, but it's just a personal opinion.

If you want to play your Shrinks:

+1x Mobius the Frost Monarch
+1x Light - Hex Sealed Fusion
-2x Cyber Kirin
-1x Polymerisation
-1x Inferno Reckless Summon
-1x Mist Body

+3x Shrink (although I don't really get their use in this deck)

i would not bother with poly - i would use 3x light hex and put in a future fusion...ufo roids - when you can get the first with angel- willreally speed you up - they are tributes so they are risky, an alternative is ufo turtle to fetch the cyber phoenix's which should be @ 3 they are all the protection your machines have as well as your only possible draw power ( you might think about a morphing jar)
with powerbond and limiter- ring of destruction definately belongs in this deck and barrel behind the door probably does too (they will fuel a lot of big hits for game)
dont totally discount heavy mech - yes it can be slow - but- it protects an equipped monster very well - (ex: spcl summon cyber dragon, normal meavy mech- now you have a 2600 atk cyber dragon that essentially must be killed twice) it also protects equipped monster from the endphase destruction of your limiter
this will make up for those times you top deck it and just set and forget...dont put it on field with cyber phoenix....
inferno reckless is nice with the angels isn't it :D also goes well with ufo roid and ufo turtle

Don't forget they're summoned in the Damage Step, so IRS turns out being totally useless

I hope you mean totally useless if you're attempting to be used in the Damage Step. Outside of that, it's very useful.

Which is why I use it with my Reviver cards.

Honestly, I've NEVER used Light for anything other than a temporary wall. Honestly it seems like a waste to run them at all, I know what they're meant for, but there has never been an opportunity to use them in that way in the year I've had this deck up and running.

ummm youcan put together inferno reckless summon with either premie or call and a 1500 atk monster in grave?(will that pull a proto and net some cyberdragons? i cant remember if that works)
and yet you never hook up light hex with a cyber dragon or proto... that's 2 (should be 3) and one of 6....and if brain & snatch get opponents cd thats 7 or 8 - pretty good odds-without adding a spell to fuse..and they are a fusion substitute as well...huh....if you are setting them... maybe a bit of def , a reaper, sorl, scapegoats...i dont know...nimble momongas?
i also dont get the kirins...cant use on opponents turn, cant use during battle phase, cant chain effect... so only mp1 summon and trib for effect on chance opponent will use what, ring? magic cylinder? only possible use i see is your own power bonds...and thats 2 and 2 to hook up in a 40 card deck(plus what you need to use powerbond...)
the only extra draws i see are maybe the 2 phoenix's.. no dekoichis, no pot of avarice, no morphing jar
