i wanted to know if i can use amazon archer effect on scapegoat tokens???
i an currently working on a deck built around heran this scapegoat/archer combo will really kick a##

yes you can tribute the tokens for her because it is not a tribute summon. the tokens can be tributed for anything but a tribute summon.

Scapegoat Tokens count as monsters and although they cannot be used for Tribute Summoning to bring a monster to the field, you can use them for effects that would require the removal of a monster from the field, like "Share the Pain", or "Different Dimension Gate", and yes, even "Amazon Archer".

Tribute 2 monsters on your side of the field to inflict 1200 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points.
