ok.. obviously this deck is getting ready for the new ban list.. some good pain to the opponent is in order, I am incorporating a BIT of fiendishness to this monstrocity, and a bit of burn(MY WAY)
Check it out... lemme know what your opinions are, your fixes, and overall comments.

The Side Deck is designed to make the deck diverse in a few different ways. If I want to switch it up and bring out some monarch control I can, if I am encountering some Lifepoint hurt, i can counter, if they are swarming me too fast, i can bring on the protection, and if they are just too Powerful, i can bring out the insects and let them beat the opponent down, and give them some added burn with Greed as well....

SHOW ME THE COOMMMMMEEENNNNNTTTSSSSS !!!! haha

I can already tell based on what Judicator said that the Deck is going to be inconsistent. I would help, but I honestly have no idea what the duelist is trying to accomplish with the Deck.

ok everyone, explanations time.... the goal of this deck SHOULD be obvious.. however, it does not appear that you guys are REALLY taking the time to figure it out in order to be the most helpful...... (not pointed at everyone, just the ones that dont get it)... now I am not trying to sound demeaning in anyway, so I am going to nip that in the bud now...
The goal of this deck is to be able to win, it is meant to have plenty of monster destruction as well as the power to overpower them (Dark Ruler)... However, I have thrown a different element in here, since I have cards like Upstart Goblin and Snatch Steal, Bad Reaction to Simochi will make their lifepoints hurt 1000 at a time, i also have other elements of LP pain such as the Reflect Bounders and Germs..
Keep in mind that is not my MAIN focus, it is just an added element, and if I focus too much on it, i will certainly lose synergy within my deck....

On to the suggestions:
Side Decking Deck Devastation Virus: Good Suggestion , as I have 4 monsters that ARE dark and ARE over 2000... Im down with trying that...

Sangan, I DID try to fit it in, but it seemed to hurt me more than help... I know Sangan is a great card, but too much searching can hurt, and I personally like the put it on the field searchers better than the put it in your hand searchers, as field presence is always important...

Rain of Mercy, and Eye of Truth... Eye is too slow and even though it works well with Simochi, it will hurt me here, Rain of Mercy however combined with Simochi is a 2000 pt turn around ( i gain 1000 they lose 1000).... I can easily sub it in for united and Mage Power....

as for inconsistency, take a real good look at the deck, and let me know what will help it be more consistant, what will give it more synergy, what will make it flow better... I KNOW its lacking something, that is why I asked for the help, and didnt say THIS DECK IS GREAT< I JUST WANTED YOU ALL TO SEE IT... .. make sense??!! I am not going to have to fight MY field presence much, as the tomatos and germs will ensure that, plus the tomatos will pull on the jeroids and Newdorias, depending on what i will need more at the time... so if my inconsitency lies in my spells or trap, or how the rest of my monsters are lined up, please.... please let me know how i can adjust that,
anyway... I like the suggestions i HAVE received so far, and would appreciate some constructive criticism or progressive help on the flow of this deck, now that you have an understanding of my goal here..

Why do you say that, and how would you personally improve this deck's consistency?

Sorry if I was brief with the comment, but I really didn't have time to revise the deck.

Okey Dokey here I go...
Too many things going on, you are relying on a partial Simochi burn which means you have cards that benefit the opponent normally unless Simochi is on the field therefore situayou have situational.
Then you have a good number of dead draws, like equips and some of the traps like Trap Jammer and what not. Bounder isn't that hard to remove with smashings and other monster removal, Germs are used more for necro food rather than then burn, 500 lp isn't gonna break any banks. DDV isn't worth it in the deck you may have 4 mons that it can use, but those 4 mons are tributes and have summoning reqs, DDV is not effective when you have invested 2 mons in getting its effect off. If you think Tomatos and Germs will let you keep field presence, you are obviously not afraid of Exileds, NoCs, Drilloids, MSLvl2s, Soul Exchanges, etc. Sangan does fit in most decks and it definitely fits in this deck, most of your monsters are <1500 attk power.

Basically, you tried to splash Simochi Spell/Trap setup into some kind of Tomato variant and honestly, its gonna inconsistent since tomato doesn't really pressure the opponent any if you can't protect them with your spell/trap.
