Black Luster Soldier Priorty VS Torrential Tribute

Player A summons BLS - EOTB, Player B responds by asking if Player A would like to use priorty, Player B declares priorty and targets Player A's face up monster to be removed, Player A chains with Torrential Tribute.

Would the monster targeted with BLS - EOTB's priorty still be removed from play, or since Torrential was activated last, the monster would be just sent to the Graveyard?

The targetted monster will be destroyed by Torrential Tribute and sent to the graveyard.

Would it matter if player B didnt ask Player A for priorty and activated Torrential Tribute to Black Luster Soldier's summon; if that occured; could Player A then declare priorty to remove the monster?

He could... but... when Torrential Tribute is then chained... it resolves first still just destroying everything and sending it to they GY so nothing STILL would be removed.

Right. Not asking his opponent if he wishes to use his priority only means he jumped the gun. It doesn't change the fact that he'll still get his priority.
