Chain Disappearance

Wanted to make sure I have this right.

I cannot activate during damage step (e.g mystic tomato getting another mystic tomato in response to my attack)

I can activate in almost every other situation. e.g Opponent has treeborn frog in the graveyard and no cards on field. He starts his turn and special summons treeborn to his side of the field during his standby phase. I respond with chain disappearance and remove the frog from play.

It basically has the same timing as Bottomless or Torrential Tribute, so yeah.

Of course that also means that it (the special summon) must be the last thing to resolve on a chain and, as you pointed out, nothing durring any part of the Damage Step.
