cyber jar question

Can a player change the position of monsters that got summoned by cyber jar effect?

When I flipped my face down cyber jar on my main phrase 1 and my opponent had 1 magician of faith and 1 mystic tomato. I tried to change of heart the face down magician of faith and my opponent argued that he can shuffle the 2 cards and put them in any order he wants. I am wondering if that's a legal play.

Question #2

Does Fiend Megacyber's summoning through its effect consider a speical summon?
When I flipped my face down cyber jar on my main phrase 1 and I only have 1 monster which is Fiend Megacyber and my opponent has 3 monsters summoned through the effect of cyber jar. Does Fiend Megacyber stay on the field or goes back to my hand? If it goes back to my hand, can I summon it through its effect and summon another monster at the same turn?

Thanks a lot.

No because no monster can have its battle position changed on the turn of which it is summoned unless by a specific card effect.

It would go to your hand as with every other level 5+ monster picked up through Cyber Jars effect, it would not hit the field at all, no level 5+ monster hits the field through Cyber's effect.

Since this is the only bit which appears to be unanswered:

You are actually allowed to shuffle the monsters you're setting face down, due to Cyber Jar, before you set them, however your opponent can't wait until you target one of them with a spell/trap/effect and then decide to shuffle them as the only time you're allowed to shuffle them is just before you set them. You're not allowed to shuffle the positions of any cards on the field at any time unless there's a card effect which allows such (e.g. Wandering Mummy).
