If I have a Cyber Phoenix on the field in face-up attack position, can my opponent target a machine monster that I am trying to normal or special summon and destroy it with Solemn Judgement?

Also, can A-Team: Trap Disposal Unit (it is only spell speed two) negate the activation of a counter trap like Solemn Judgement?

Cyber Phoenix's effect ONLY applies to monster ON the field, so Solemn Judgement, Horn of Heaven etc. can negate any machines summoning.

A-Team:Trap Disposal Unit is a Multi-Trigger effect, meaning Spell Speed 2, so it CANNOT negate Counter Traps.

Unless a Monster Effect specifically says otherwise, it's effect only applies to the field. This is the default affected area for Monster Effects.

So far, there are no Spell Speed 3 Monster Effects. Counter Traps remain the fastest cards in the game.

Since Cyber Phoenix is a graveyard effect, I can use like Creature Swap, give my foe my Cyber Phoenix, ram it with their stolen monster and I get to draw a card right?
