NTP Chains Kuriboh to reduce the first attack to Zero, also the second attack to zero. Can Kuriboh reduce both attacks from Cyber Twin Dragon to zero?

Cyber twin dragon is only one monster with two attacks. Kuriboh Should be able to stop both attacks.(I Hope)

It won't stop Cuber Twin's 2nd attack

No, only one attack. Kuriboh only makes damage 0 for that 1 attack. The next attack will cause damage.

Personally I believe Kuriboh should be errata'd to state that more clearly.

I Agree. I get this question WAY too often. It's one of those cards where you have to ignore the ambiguous wording and understand HOW the card, and game mechanics, work and by extension how the card is unable to work.

That is the one major problem with Yugioh. Not all cards do what is written on them. You have to read between the lines. You have to learn card rulings instead of game mechanics to be good at this game.
