Dark Necrofear vs. token

i have a necrofear on the field, i make my end fase ,then my opponent y scapegoats tokens on the field activates smashing ground.
dark necrofear goes to the graveyard, at the end fase dark necrofear does equip a token?
plzz help my with this.

Im not sure if I quite understand you question, but if you mean "Can Dark Necrofear equip to a token?" the answer is YES, tokens are treated as normal monsters in every aspect except: being flipped face-down, returned to the deck/hand, or sent to the grave/rfp
