Does Dark room do 300 extra per each card of secret barrel or does it do secret barrel +300?

Look at Dark Room of Nightmare as inflicting it's damage on top of each lump sum of damage from another card. A single card effect inflicting damage (like Secret Barrel) inflicts it as a lump sum.
