This is my fourth deck, the one I was looking to build earlier. It's untested and not even built in actuality yet (though I do have the cards). All comments appreciated!

Hmmm intresting mix you have here, phoenix and necrofear burn and stall, with a little beat-down if things get ugly as I see it (correct me if I'm rong). I like the way you search for your Hand of Nephthys , Magical Merchant and old vintisive with Apprentice Magician. Maybe you should add another aprentice though. My Body as a Shield would be an addition as jason said, but molten destraction could be dangerous if the oponent succedes in using the golem you've given him. Also, I would say remove the Archfiend Soldier and maybe 1 Slate Warrior as well, for some Dark Jeroid or Newdoria.

Hmmm can't think of anything else for now...

EDIT: One more thing that tottaly sliped my mind, Giant Germ could be great here!!!
 
Unfortunately, Magical Merchant is unsearcable with Apprentice Magician. Merchant is an Insect. It's there for speed with Exchange of the Spirit.

My Body as a Shield...a good card, but I don't think it fits here. It's not really needed. Molten Destruction could probably go though, maybe for a Wave-Motion Cannon.

Giant Germ, again good and one of my favs, but doesn't fit either. It would take away from the Phoenix/Fire Art strategies.

Archfiend Soldier stays; a beatstick and a Fiend for Necrofear. Though I will probably sidedeck Newdorias/Dark Jeroids.
 
Hmmm Giant Germs would maybe take away from the Phoenix/Fire Art strategies, but it could add some extra burn and fast necrofear food. Try it out, it might work out better than you think. ^_^
