if i have 4 cards in my hand (all 4 exodia pieces) and i use Dark World Dealings and draw my last piece of exodia do i to discard or do i win before the discard?
Replace the words "Dark World Dealings" with "Graceful Charity" (which is the exact same scenario... draw and discard part of the same effect) and you'll find the answer in the rulings. (Hint: Effect must completely resolve first before checking win conditions).
