Is deck devastation virus tributing 1 DARK monster with an ATK of 2000 points or more on your side of the field a cost? I mean if I activate DDV and tribute my gaint orc, can my opponent chain ring of destruction targeting my gaint orc, and thus preventing me from activating DDV?
