This question is about MST vs destiny board, if you have FINA on the field and at the end of my oppen's turn the last letter is placed on the field, can you chain MST to the letter being placed and you do not lose the game or do you lose the game, because it's like exodia, something like if you have all 5 of exodia in hand, you win so you can't even activate divine wrath to stop exodia's effect becuase it's a automatic win, so if the last letter is placed on the field with destiny board i win the game becuase of exodia's way of an automatic win, so MST or dust tornado can't be activated in response. please help

Yes you can chain MST or Dust Tornado to the activation of Destiny Board's effect (although why would you wait until the last moment from a practical point of view). Since it will resolve before Destiny Board does, one of the Letters will be destroyed which in turn will destroy the rest.

Disagree....rule states that as long as F-i-n-a-l are on your face up on your side of the field, you are declared the winner. It never said anything about the card resolving before declaration of the win, just that the letters were brought out and placed in the right order. Another similarity is Macros Cosmos and chaining Grand Convergence. You cannot MST Macros to stop Grand Convergence because the effect simply states that the card must be face up on the field for the effect to activate. Much like Exodia the One and Deck Devastation Virus. If Exodia is drawn and the player has all 5 pieces in their hand, they win the game before DDV resolves it's effect.

I agree with Horus Master. You would have to destroy Destiny Board when it's effect triggers to bring out "L". As soon as the "L" hits the field, the game would be over, and the player with "F"-"I"-"N"-"A"-"L" would be declared the winner.

But I also agree with one thing X said: From a practical point of view, I could only see one reason to let your opponent get as far as FINA......and that is if you wanted them to deck out. Your best bet would be to play MST during the draw phase you drew it, or at least as soon as you got the chance....rather than waiting.

WAIT....after re-reading the original question I just realized that both of you are right.....becuase the question was if you could chain MST to the letter being placed. TRUE, once the letter is on the field it is too late, but the letter would be placed after MST resolves and destroys Destiny Board. But that would be your last chance. Just do it as soon as you can. You could make someone mad waiting. And you know what Adam Sessler and Morgan Webb say about Yugioh players.......

"Those Yugioh fanatics are craizer than Juggalos......but not as crazy as Fullmetal Alchemist fans."

Word, Sessler. Word.
