I believe in order to get the product support for prizes, a store/shop would have to order the kit. If you do not own a place, then try talking with your local shop to see if they would be interested in helping out with the league.

Good luck. Leagues are fun and some of the prizes are cool (parallel Cyber Jar...)
 
I know that the yugioh site is supposed to have a list of where duelist league and hobby league are going on in whatever area, but when you go there all it is is a list of past tournament results. Where else can you go to find a list of duelist/hobby league store locations in an area?
 
I have found that. There is one one that site about 30miles form me but I have never got a responce from my numorus emails that I have sent them so that is why I wanted to try to statart my own , unlikre that person I am serious about doing this.
