Elemental Hero Prisma vs. Cloak and Dagger

If I activated Cloak and Dagger, declare Gladiator Beast Beastari and my opponent summons Elemental Hero Prisma and sends Beastari to the graveyard for it's effect- will Prisma be destroyed? My thinking is that the effect of the card being treated as the same name as the card sent to the graveyard is the same as Proto-Cyber Dragon and Harpie Lady 1,2,3 being treated as Cyber Dragon and Harpie Lady respectfully. What should happen?

When Prisma's effect resolves thereby becoming Bestiari, was Beastiari summoned at all? Or does he just appear on the field? No, Cloak and dagger will look at Prisma when he hits the field, but ignore him when he changes his name. If it were considered like a summon when he takes on a name, then he would not be able to take on the name of a Prohibited card....but he does.

Elemental Hero Prisma is not doing any of those things. It is not a Summon (because it's already been Summoned), and it's not been flipped face-up (because it already was face-up). Therefore Cloak and Dagger will do nothing to it.
