Elemental Hero - Shining Flare Wingman
Fusion/Effect Monster - LIGHT/Warrior
8-Star
ATK: 2500, DEF: 2000
[E-Hero Flame Wingman] + [E-Hero Sparkman]
This card can only be Special Summoned by Fusion Summon. This card's attack strength is increased by 300 for each monster with "Elemental Hero" in it's card name in your Graveyard. When this card destroys a monster as a result of battle, do damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the attack strength of the destroyed monster.

With Elemental Energy Sneak Previews coming up this weekend, we here at City of Gamers don't want you to go in unprepared. So we're bringing you an EEN week. (*holds for applause*) The following 7 cards could be quite helpful in your flights, and also in the upcoming meta. I'll get things started...
"EH-SFW" (from here on out) is a Fusion Monster. Therefore he benefits from all of the proper support, but also falls victim to being, well... purple. He is also an Elemental Hero so he also shares the same benefits and detriments there. He is also a Warrior, so he has those benefits. Warriors don't really have any downsides. He's 8-Star, but that won't really come into play since he's "Fusion Summon only." LIGHT is also well supported. 2500 ATK is quite nice, though not overly brutal for an 8-Star and 2000 DEF is hard to break through. So far so good; let's look at the effect(s).
First, the attack bonus. He gets an extra +300 for every Elemental Hero in your Graveyard. Provided that he was Fusion Summoned properly (and not via Fusion Gate or Miracle Fusion), and Elemental Hero Flame Wingman was Fusion Summoned properly, that's 4 monsters right there to boost him. And that's without any other Heroes in the Graveyard. I'm sure you'll agree that 3700 ATK is gonna be helpful.
Second, the Life Point destruction. Well, let's see. He first needs to destroy a monster in battle. As we figured out in the last paragraph, you could "easily" (hang on, I'll explain) have a 3700 ATK "EH-SFW" that could destroy just about anything on the field. Not only that, but the ATK of the destroyed monster is subtracted from your opponent's Life Points. Now that's impressive. Even if you only get to use the effect once or twice, it could be well worth it.
Sadly though, "EH-SFW" is very hard to get out. You first need to fuse an Elemental Hero Flame Wingman, and then fuse that with an Elemental Hero Sparkman. As you can see, his greatest assets are also his greatest drawbacks.
Of course he belongs in an Elemental Hero deck. He's useless anywhere else. And on top of that, you're better off being specific towards Wingman, Sparkman, and Burstinatrix.
Sadly though, as biased as I am towards this card (and the Elemental Heroes in general), this card is going to be awfully hard to get out and keep out. One Sakuretsu would really throw a wrench in the works. He has 2 killer effects, but again it's a matter of getting him to the field to use them that becomes the problem. Personally, I think it will be lots of fun to try though.
Advanced: 3.25/5 - He'll be useful... if you can get him out.
Traditional: 1/5 - Stay away. Far away.
Limited: --/5 - Nope, not gonna happen.
