I have a bike trail that runs behind where I live. I try to run at least a mile daily. That is if I don't go play disc golf that day, which if I do, I end up walking approximately 3 or so.

I have also started some minor (once a week) weightlifting. Just to bulk up gradually. After I get used to it I'll work it into a more regular routine. Maybe one day I'll be as muscular as John. I wouldn't mess with him on a bad day!
 
Exercise. It one of my close friends. Swimming, Running, skateboarding, biking, and DDR are exercises for my entire body. I get my hand exercises by playing Beatmania, playing guitar and piano, and practicing on my speed cubing (Rubik's cube). Right now I'm having some problems with cubing because of grip issues. I'll work on that. :D

Also I try to keep a good diet, although some Tedddygrams and a chocolate bar usually get the best of me. (^.^)V peace out.
