Ok this deck is the ultimate deck for when there is no ban list

This is not Traditional Format; it is Casual Play.

Have you ever seen the duel between Yugi and the Rare Hunter at the beginning of Battle City?

You'll need to drop at least one of each piece of Exodia if you want the deck to function.
 
this deck is illegal even for traditional play... why? u arent aloud more then 1 copy of the banned cards in traditional format... ie. 1 dark hole, 1 painful choice, etc.... traditional is like advanced but with the banned cards limited to 1... keep that in mind.

I'm araid the others are correct. While Traditional Format simply has no banned cards, it is still subject to the Limited List. So Witch of the Black Forest, each Exodia piece, Monster Reborn, Dark Hole, Pot of Greed and Graceful Charity are all limited to 1 per deck and Side Deck combined. And just by looking at the deck, you can probably see why. :)
