I'm not ashamed to admit that I don't read spoilers or study new sets in depth before the come out. I'm a more "in the trenches" kind of guy. But is there something to this "Pay 0 endurance" thang that I' missing? Perhaps another modifier I'm not aware of?

I think they worded it that way so that cards that allow negation of payment effects can counter it. And so that you can still use them to attack the turn they were dropped....

Interseting. A built in vulnerability, but still a free effect. Also did I say thanks for this. Yes, it's killing my dial-up connection, but its still cool as heck. I saw a spoier but lost interest in it around the tenth card. I much rather see the actual card. Thanks again.


Hey! I just noticed that Emma Frost's card is white. I was soo going to do this for an Obi-Wan Kenobi card. What a co-inky-dink. Would anyone happen to have a large scan of this that I could build a template from?

Yes, there is some really nice art work in this set if you know what I mean....

Yes, Marvel Knights art was sad. Avengers was a vast improvement. But this X-set should be the standard from now on. I'm really liking the Angel artwork for some reason. And it looks like Jubilee is "all growed up like Rudy Huxtable".

In the second crossover with X-men and Star Trek (this time The Next Genration) they ended the comic in a cliff-hanger and continued the story in a novel called Planet X. The X-men got transported to the Next Generation future coincedently the same time a planet petitioning membership with the Federation was experiencing a sudden mutaion of their teenage population, and hunting them down. This probably isn't in refrence to that, but it sure would be cool if they had a few cross-over inferences in these card sets. I always thought the whole point of this "syste" was to have multilpe licences. While it's a great looking set, I'm getting a little tired of seeing nothing but Marvel and DC. It's time for something fresh.
