since i never ran this deck before, the only big problems I see is the 2 Solemn Judgments

I say drop them and add
+1 Spell shield type 8
+1 Widespread Ruin
( if can't get hold of one +1 Magic Cylinder)

I'm sorry, but I really can't see the use of Fushio Richie when there are no high level zombie monsters. I suggest atleast 2 Vampire Lords, and/or 1 Ryu Kokki.

Probably not the way to go. A Fushioh Richie deck is gonna have heavy hands and bad topdecks anyway. Adding in other tribute monsters is asking to get murdered.

Lose Exiled Force and both Cyber Dragons. Add in a third Pyramid Turtle, 1, and only 1 Ryu Kokki (summon via pyramid) and a Magician of Faith. Drop mystic LV2 for a Tsukuyomi. THen, lose one Solemn Judgment for a Magician's Circle, so you can field that dezard faster.

Hmm... I don't think this deck needs another tribute. Fushioh can't be Snatched, Sakuretsued, BCed, Widespread, or Smashed. He gives me strong feild and hand atvantage with the Des Lacooda and Spirit Reaper, and of course strong feild atvantage. Actually, I've tested Circle. The problem is I don't have enough Spellcasters. And to have enough spell casters I'd have to drop some cards that help combat the heavy hands. The Cyber Dragons are there to help get Great Dezard on the feild. And to keep good feild presence. The Solemns are to combat the only things that can really kill him. Dark Hole, Exiled Force, Mystic Swordsman LV2, and Torrential Tribute.

The Mystic Swordsman LV2 will negate Cyber Jar and MoF among other things. And even if it doesn't really fit the deck it offers that safe removal. Exiled is just awesome. 1 for 1 is great in this format. I won't drop monsters like that for another tribute to potentially kill my hands. Spell Sheild Type 8 obviously is to counter Nobleman. I don't know about the other Turtle. I might do it. It would maintain feild presence. For now, -1 Mystic Swordsman LV2, +1 Pyramid Turtle.
