I have made it before but I'd like to make it again.

Recursion will be difficult. Since it will a GK deck, it needs Necrovalley. The only good recursion cards with NV are the Rite of Spirits.

Anyone got any suggestions on what to put in?

Pot of Avarice, Premature and Call when you got Gravekeeper's Chief on the field... And of course the Rite of Spirit.

As other cards... maybe some Spellcaster power-ups, like Magician's Circle, since they are Spellcasters if I am not wrong...

You could add Grave Protector. This way the monsters get reshuffled into the deck to be searched out again by GK Spy and Chief. Your opponent usually will not have such an option and their searchers will be disabled even if Necrovalley is removed.

Grave Protector would be a nice twist...GK Spy and Tsukuyomi for flip and search...I can almost see it now.
