Gyaku-Gire Panda

Here is the scenerio:

Player A two face up atk position monsters and a set Bottomless
Trap Hole.

Player B Summons a Gyaku-Gire Panda.

Question: When does the panda take on the boost of 1000pts to his atk? Right after summoning or when he atks? Could Player A activate Bottomless Trap Hole? Is Panda higher than the 1500 atk at this time?

Thank you . Let's go one step further.
Same setup as first except Player B has Face down Ring of destruction set from previous turn.

Chain Player A BTH
Player B Ring of Destruction
Resolve Ring destroys on of Player A's monsters
BTH happens without effect because panda is now less than 1500.

Is this correct?

Right. BTH checks the attack of monsters at resolution (as well).

e.g: If a monster was summoned with Call of the Haunted in the chain it would still be subject to Bottomless Trap Hole's discrimination even though it wasn't on the field when BTH activated because BTH checks for the attack of monsters at resolution.
