Horus + premature burial

hey gang,

heres my question.. If I have horus the black flame dragon LV6 in my graveyard, then play Premature Burial to revive it, does that work? (I havent been challenged on this move, but I could see someone challinging it at a tourny) I just want to make sure on this one before I go ahead and bring this deck to tourny.

As it's text states, it's only unaffected by spell cards while face-up on the field, so it is a legal target for Premature Burial while in the Graveyard. While on the field however when Premature is destroyed, Horus will remains as it is now unaffected by spell cards.
